Petya is an attorney specializing in civil and commercial law with a focus on commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial insolvency, financial transactions, real estate transactions, personal and real collateral. She provides legal representation in civil, commercial and administrative matters. Petya has significant experience in banking law, including lending matters, judicial debt collection, internal banking procedures, central bank supervision, payment accounts and services, and treasury products. Prior to joining the team of "Grancharova & Stoyanov" Law Company, Petya worked in a local and international law firm, in various departments of a bank, part of an international banking group, as well as was part of the legal team of a large Bulgarian holding company. Her participation in numerous international projects, the transformation of two Bulgarian banks, as well as the handling of cases with factual and legal complexity and high material interest have been valuable challenges for her. She graduated in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Since then, she has been enriching her knowledge and following current legal issues by participating in seminars and qualification courses.
