Velizar is a co-founder and a managing partner. His professional development starts in the sphere of the commercial and corporate law. He knows banking law in details, as well as all procedures related to licensing, negotiation and mediation with banking financial institutions. Velizar is experienced in providing consultancy in the field of payment services, capital markets and financial instruments. His practice is also concentrated on the provision of legal services to commercial companies, including such with foreign participation, on issues related to merger, acquisition, restructuring, rescuing of companies. A number of his projects included consulting and due diligence of the overall business planning of non-financial institutions, commercial real estates, contractual structures. The law Company was founded by Velizar Stoyanov together with Iva Grancharova in 2009. Previously, Velizar has worked independently, as well as in other law firms and financial institutions. His studies in the field of insolvency and the international private law are published in various legal platforms.
